Most listings get a page inside somebody else's website. These get a site of their own, built one property at a time, because a house worth this much attention should not be presented from a template.
Looking for something not shown here? A great many of our sales never reach a public page. Call and tell us what you are after.
Cliffs Valley to the Cliffs at Glassy, listed and sold, all run by the same team. When a buyer is shopping the Cliffs, this is the track record that walks in the door with us. An at-a-glance index: the sold ones are told in full further down, and the newest of them has its own case study.
Every one of these had a plan behind it. This is what the plan looked like and what it did.
Five of the homes below closed inside The Cliffs at Glassy between June and September, $9,865,000 between them, and on three of the five we represented the buyer as well as the seller. They also appear in the Cliffs index above. The whole story, with the numbers, is here.
We listed 130 Stony Road, brought the buyer ourselves, and it was under contract in seven days. Not luck. The buyer was known before the sign went in, which is what an audience built years ahead of a listing actually buys you. The seller asked for a month of lease-back so she was never rushed into the next chapter, and we arranged it.

He told us he wished he had found us first. It would have saved him the better part of a year.
Before a word of copy is written, we audit the home against Zillow's Buzz Index and whatever it finds earns the opening line. You can run that check on your own house right now, and you can read the whole plan a seller receives before their home goes live.
“You did a masterful job with the plan to launch our home. We feel like we chose wisely.”
