What happens between our first visit and your closing table, written down. Seven days at Glassy and a house that never needed a sign are what it looks like when it works. Here is everything that produced them.
Most agents will tell you what they do. Very few will write it down in advance, in the order it happens, and put their own numbers next to it. This page is that document. Every number on it is one you can check, and most of them link to the page where they live.
Numbered because the sequence is the point. Each one is built before the next one needs it, which is why a launch at this level is a coordinated event rather than a listing upload.
A tour and a conversation. We walk the home, hear your goals and your timeline, and show you how we work. We do not price a house we have not stood in, so there is no valuation waiting in the car. The analysis and the pricing recommendation follow within a day, in writing, with the comparable set attached.
Within about two days of our first visit, a letter arrives addressed to you, about your home, from Gavin Swartzman, President of Christie’s International Real Estate. It is requested the morning after we meet and comes by mail and by email. It follows a line his predecessor put on paper about this team:
“Damian Hall is one of our accomplished Master’s Circle agents with impressive bespoke marketing, legendary events, and his hallmark videography.”
Christie’s is invitation only. Firms are asked to join and cannot apply. What that buys a seller is not more advertising. It is a different room: the luxury, art and collector communities who buy at auction, and who buy homes the same way, on conviction and without needing the price explained to them.
In April 2026 Zillow ranked more than 600 home features by how much each one lifts buyer engagement, measured across 235 million monthly users. We run your house against the whole index before anyone writes a sentence, and whatever the audit finds earns the opening line rather than a mention in paragraph four.
The first home we ran through the audit did 4,786 views and 135 saves in its first eight days, with Zillow’s own verdict that it was likely to sell faster than 82 percent of nearby homes. It was under contract in thirty days. What the audit never does is invent a feature. If a home has none of the sixteen Zillow named, the copy falls back to the neighborhood, the landscape and the life the house makes possible.
Run the public version on your own house, sixteen features and Zillow’s figures beside each.
The engagement data behind the strategy, the press placements it earns, the social set, and both versions of the copy, bound into a plan you receive before your home is public. Then launch week lands all at once, on purpose: the MLS, more than 800 syndication sites, the film premiere, the eblast, postcards, social and press in the same week, because the first two weeks decide how the market reads your home.
DHG Studios shoots it: stills, drone, floor plans and the property film in a single session, produced by our people and billed to us rather than to you. The Christie’s Luxury Connection carries one placement per listing, funded by us, in the edition published soon after launch.
See a real launch plan, thirteen pages built for one listing, client names removed and everything else intact.
Every number in the campaign is tracked while it runs: portal views, social reach, days on market against the market average, and showing feedback exactly as the agent wrote it. You read the sentence that tells you whether the price is the problem. Most sellers never do.
Open a live report for a current estate campaign, or the whole book, every listing and every number, updating as campaigns run.
At 130 Stony Road the buyer was known before the sign went in. At 208 Craggy Rock the house sold privately to buyers already in our orbit and never reached the market at all. Neither was luck. Alongside the brokerage we publish Southern Escapes, read every week by people leaving California, New York, New Jersey and Illinois for the Carolinas, and we keep a database of families who have already told us which of these communities they want. Every listing we take inherits both on the morning it goes live.
Nobody can promise a particular outcome, and we would be careful with anyone who does. What a seller can decide in advance is who is protecting the parts of a deal that are not the price.
My husband and I have moved more times than I care to admit, from several big cities over the years, so I do not say this lightly: selling our home at The Cliffs at Glassy in Landrum, with Damian Hall, was the finest real estate experience we have ever had. Nothing in all of those moves comes close.
Damian is exactly the person you want handling something this important. He is warm and genuinely wonderful company, and yet make no mistake, he runs a tight ship. From our very first conversation he was honest about timing and price, and he never once pushed. He gave us thoughtful counsel and then let us make our own decisions.
“What truly set it apart is that Damian brought us the buyer himself. He already had a family in mind who wanted precisely our view, and that quiet bit of matchmaking made the whole process far smoother than I imagined possible.”
He even arranged a month-long lease-back so we were never rushed to find our next chapter. After a lifetime of moves, I finally know what it feels like to be genuinely well cared for.
The same August, a few ridges over, a Cliffs home sold privately to buyers already known to us. No listing, no sign in the yard, no showing calendar, and no week of strangers walking through the kitchen. The sellers took our advice on a short list of changes first, which is the part most sellers skip, and it is the reason the house was ready the week the right buyer surfaced. They got their number, and they got a lease-back on their own schedule.
Three houses, one pattern. The buyer was identified before the marketing was built, rather than hoped for afterwards.
Career figures per the live results page. Christie’s International Real Estate network figures verified June 2026. Results are not guaranteed, and a house that is priced against the market will not be rescued by a launch.
The status quo can no longer compete.
If you own at Glassy, at Keowee, in Tryon country or anywhere in these mountains and you are within a year or two of a move, the useful next step is not a valuation email. It is the first visit: your home, your timeline, and an honest number a day later.
There is no charge for the conversation and no obligation attached to it.
